Danielle and Bam giving up their Sundays to sell jerky.

KING'S COUNTY GENERAL STORE

Bam spent many of his 2010 Sundays at King's County General Store, held at Brooklyn's Southpaw.  The monthly events were a great opportunity for Bam to share his jerky with an entirely new audience as well as make new friends, reunite with old ones and get some of his holiday shopping done.

"Like having things that other people don't? King's County General Store , more upscale than a flea market with a bit of Anthropologie flair, is a brand-new indie market featuring more than 30 Brooklyn-based names in fashion, art, food, and retail. You'll find necklaces made from vintage materials by Dirty Librarian Chains, dresses done in loosely draped silhouettes by H Fredriksson, and—who knows?—you might get your hands on the next name to land in Scoop or Intermix, but at bargain prices. Listen to live music by DJ Mikey Palms, as well as East Village Radio's Chances With Wolves. Enjoy drink specials, coffee, and sweet treats, plus take a shot at pinball and get your picture taken in the photobooth." Danielle Desmond, The Village Voice
