Bam was happy to participate in Brooklyn Botanic Garden's annual Chile Pepper Fiesta as it celebrates one of the key ingredients in his jerky. The day long event featured live music from around the world, cooking demonstrations by some of New York's hottest chefs, plenty of red-hot delicacies and even fire-breathers.
